Pitroda to negotiate 3G spectrum
November 10, 2009 09:58:27Sam Pitroda, advisor to the Prime Minister on public information infrastructure and innovations, now holds the key to the proposed 3G (third generation) telecom auction.The committee of secretaries (CoS), which was set up to monitor the issue of vacation of spectrum by defence forces and reallocation of that spectrum to telcos, has now referred the matter to Pitroda, it is learnt.
