Health insurers seek opening up of bancassurance
January 16, 2010 07:26:20Standalone health insurance companies have urged the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Irda) to relax bancassurance guidelines that do not allow a health insurer to sell policies through a bank that already has tie-ups with other insurance companies (either life or general).
