November 28, 2009 11:06:21Tata Power Co's consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September declined 30.3% year on year to Rs 367.73 crore.Performance was impacted due to several reasons. First, the standalone entity's effective tax rate was higher due to minimum alternate tax (MAT) provisions.
